At ACS, I specialize in facility development and public relations in the Motor Sport area. My consultant services include Public Relations, Market Analysis, Financial Feasibility and Economic Impact studies for all areas of the motor sport community. I have partnered with firms such as Pennoni Associates, C.H. Johnson Consulting and Frost Motorsports to provide comprehensive real estate, construction and operational planning. I am a member of the Project Management Institute for Project Management Professionals. Examples of my recent contracts included a Financial Feasibility / Market Demand study for NJMSP Field of Dreams to build a new world class motocross facility; Social Media, Hospitality and PR services for a NASCAR / ARCA team, Andy Belmont Racing; a Test Market Analysis for a French based company, ACD Parts, to test market specialty motocross parts in the US and most recently worked with Tracksa, a Northern European company developing a track safety lighting system for various forms of racing to be introduced into the US market in 2012. Over 16 years experience in Motocross and Roadracing as a National competitor and facility employee or consultant including operations, planning and design.
