Action learning is a proven process for enabling individuals to develop life-long problem solving skills. We take peer groups to meet, listen and learn from each other in a supportive environment where constructive problem solving can take place. All of our work is guided by trained action learning facilitators, working in-house within organisations, from our London based venue where we bring cross sector peer groups together, or we can also deliver action learning virtually to a group of people in different locations, including overseas. Action learning nurtures individuals in a reflective, reassuring space, allowing them to find answers from within and hone their own problem-solving skills. This approach embeds renewed capabilities in people that last way beyond the training sets, enabling individuals and the organisations with which they are involved to benefit time and time again.
