Everything started with poker and pálinka. We've have been friends for a long time, but poker brought us even closer together. We've been up against luck, with ourselves and millions of poker players. We've been steadily developing, learning a lot from each other. We dwelved deeper and deeper into the decision-making world, developing our own language so that we can make a quick decisions and use the results well. By celebrating a successful competition (with palinka), we realized that what is really exciting is how we can help others become better, no much better decision-makers. This is how Actionlab started, which has in the past 10 years expanded into many other areas. What's common: passion and playing outside the comfort zone. We operate on 3 continents, and we develop people with our programs in more than 20 countries.Many people think they need to be a good decision maker, leader, artist, or salesman. We see it differently. We believe that by being pasionate we can really learn. In addition to emotionally stimulating themes, gamificationg is an integral part of our methodology. We play poker to make better decisions, simulate a home purchase gone bad, to simulate a more realistic negotiation, we utilize actors to develop our deception detector, we laugh at shopping malls, and talk to strangers about charisma mastery. We create energy and value in human communication, business and everyday life.
