ALDF is a Non-Governmental Organization Started in 2013 with the main purpose of addressing the needs of teeming African youths, women and children, using Enlightenment and Advocacy, Sensitization and Empowerment as our platforms.. Since the dawn of the century, Migration, Globalization and Human Rights have evolved as fundamental, social, economic and political challenges restructuring the world. If properly harnessed, nurtured and engineered, the world will be a better place to live in as our rights as individuals would be upheld. The rise in conflicts, especially those against women, child abuse, human trafficking, forced labor, violence against internally displaced persons and migrants, plights of orphans and vulnerable children and increasingly restrictive government measures that undermine the fundamental basic human rights of millions of people are pertinent challenges impeding many societies globally. In ALDF we believe that every African has a dream that is essential to their socio-economic development and seldom are these dreams attained. Therefore, we seeks to activate in every youth, woman and child their innate dream in any field of life by informing and educating them on their rights in any situation whether as intending or returning Migrants, IDPs, vulnerable women and children. After which we empower them as emerging leaders in the socio-economic integration of the continent.
