ACU Food Technology Services (ACU) is a consulting company specializing in facilitating innovation, developing new food technologies, and improving existing processes for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). With the goal of attaining economic and environmental sustainability, one of our focus areas is on plant-based ingredients such as oil, protein, starch, fiber, and bioactive components. ACU will aim to develop infrastructure and processes with zero-waste outcomes and will collaborate with food technology centers across North America and other countries to execute projects.
