We are the Dutch expert on process optimization in the insurance industry.Our services are based on supporting insurers in increasing the operational quality. At Acumen we have acquired a vast amount of knowledge and experience in the insurance branch, process management, -design, -implementation and alignment with IT. We are also very experienced in managing such projects.Our STP-framework enables insurers in realizing swift process improvements. We deliver a software product that acts as a mid-office between de customer portals and the insurance administration system. Robotics and knowledge technology are used as enabling technologies for establishing our framework.
