AdMajora is an independent investment firm that specialises in various distressed asset transactions with a particular focus on real estate backed NPLs, UTPs, club deals where we are predominantly principle investors and asset management for third parties where we see particular potential and financial interest. Recently, we got on board of a new challenge- developing and running an Extended Care Unit in three of our assets spread across Italy.
