Before founding Adam Law, Ms. Adam defended clients against claims of wrongful termination, trade secret misappropriation, discrimination, and sexual harassment, among others — including defending the creator of hot yoga in a four-week jury trial throughout which she navigated intense media coverage. Ms. Adam is trained in trauma-informed questioning and is certified T9 Mastered to perform Title IX investigations involving sexual harassment and assault on educational campuses. She also holds a certificate from the Association of Workplace Investigators' Training Institute and is a Training Institute faculty member who is dedicated to improving the quality of workplace investigations through education.
