"It is so very nice connecting with you. We are Maria and Andi, co-owners and partners here at Adapt. When we are not evolving with our clients through navigating the seas of corporate, private, or personal change, Maria can be found on her mountain bike or jogging along a trail with her greyhound Mr. Finley, while Andi might be found, nose deep in crime fiction or fantasy novels, or doting on her grandson Hunter. Both of us love the tranquility nature brings and daydreaming of slow holidays in tropical settings with the sound of waves crashing in our ears. In winter, there is nothing better than feeling the warmth of a log fire while brainstorming ideas from Maria's lounge, or having a braai in summer while sharing a bottle of bubbly. As colleagues as well as close friends, our best ideas tend to happen organically, usually during casual conversation and belly laughs shared over nachos and sundowners or breakfast and strong coffee, or even on the road.
