Here at Adapted Living our goal is to help create an accessible future within our living spaces.For seniors, aging-in-place, and people managing with disabilities in everyday life, at any age. With over 25 years of supply & installation experience, in 2018 our goal as Accessibility Consultants is to share this knowledge, to help mold the future of all new homes, to be what we call "basic accessible".Not to be confused with "Universal Design" Which is a great, but still leaves a lot of potentially expensive areas that would need future construction to make them accessible. We consider "basic accessible" homes to be homes that are accessible to everyone, including walker, and wheelchair users.
