Amanda Dunklin, CEO & Owner of Adda'Go Leadership and Coaching, is on a mission to share the fire within her to help feed and ignite the fire within others. Taking transferrable skillsets learned from the horse world and sharing them with the community to help individuals enhance themselves. Working to create a better world full of successful and satisfied people chasing their best self. Helping entrepreneurs, sales professionals, athletes and students make the decision they are worth the investment to become their best self and learn the skills needed to reach their full potential. Amanda had the privilege of growing up in a family-owned equestrian school as a competitive horseback rider and coach from a young age. She then opened her own equestrian school that reached impressive heights and always aimed to produce better people using the horse sport. The time spent in the sport and running the business gave Amanda the life skills that have been continuing to serve her in all ventures she pursues both professionally and personally. As a lifelong entrepreneur and parent, Amanda shares concrete, learnable skills woven within her personal stories of fight, grit and determination that inspires audiences to dig in and do the work needed to become their best self. Amanda has always enjoyed speaking and sharing her experiences and ideas to help others learn alongside her. She has spent time volunteering her speaking services at local charity events and is now venturing into professional speaking opportunities supporting entrepreneurs, sales professionals, athletes and students in the pursuit of achieving their goals both professionally and personally.
