Our coaches use Motivational Interviewing (validated by 180+ clinical trials) to help you change lifestyle habits you identify as needing to change. We then guide you through relevant programmes with support, evidence-based information, tips, exercise, recipes and meal plans to ensure that you’re making sustainable changes for life. Our most popular programme is the 12-week Gut Reset aimed at resetting your metabolism, microbiome and taste. Our clients have reported great results. We work with both corporate and individual clients, and would love to hear from you. Though Added Health is medically led, we do not provide medical advice or emergency services, and we always work alongside your own GP’s advice.
