addGloo operates a demand-side platform that uses semantic page processing and keyword algorithms to allow search marketers to bid on, purchase and deliver search ads in display inventory available on ad exchanges. Our unique search-to-display strategy identifies the most relevant words and phrases on pages available for real-time bidding (RTB) through ad exchanges and leverages online ad feeds to source keyword-targeted search ads. We deliver "stacked" advertisements, as is common in traditional search marketing in Google's AdSense, where more than one marketer's advertisement appears together with 3 to 6 other similar advertisements, as well as exclusive ad positions for search marketers who desire that their ad appear alone in a banner slot. Our proprietary bidding algorithm translates cost-per-click (CPC) pricing into cost-per-thousand (CPM) pricing profitably while delivering high-quality traffic for search marketers. In addition, addGloo provides a self-serve, rich-media ad creation platform to enable any advertiser to create flexible ad formats, including near-dynamic creative, quickly and at low cost. The self-serve platform connects seamlessly to the addGloo demand-side platform and closes the loop from ad creation and flighting through bidding, serving, measuring, reporting and optimizing campaigns. addGloo, has unique capability for contextual targeting within the RTB space. Our proprietary algorithms process numerous attributes and combines them uwith several semantic signals, including sentiment. We are pioneering the use of "#" tag targeting in display RTB to draw stronger relationships between keywords and concepts across social media networks. We intend to integrate with social media to enable news dimensions for ad targeting that utilize unified contextual targeting between display RTB and social media RTB exchanges.
