ADI Strategy Studio is an advisory and resource nonprofit organization. We see a world in which organizations are structured, intelligent, efficient, value-oriented, and nurture an environment of collaboration, innovation and individual growth.It is our mission to have a meaningful contribution in the world, by helping organizations provide essential services more efficiently and innovate for the future. We work collaboratively with individuals, teams and organizations - both in the non-profit and for-profit sectors - to address strategic issues and develop the operational capacity to achieve their mission.Our work is based on three distinct, yet inter-related, aspects of Analysis, Development and Innovation. These three aspects, along with our in-house research and multi-disciplinary experiences, help inform the goals, process, and impact of our work.
