Admark Herbals Limited was incorporated on 11th June, 1996 under provisions of Part IX of the Companies Act, 1956 from the erstwhile partnership firm namely ADMARK PHARMA. Admark Pharma was in healthcare industry since 1981. Initially engaged as a small-scale unit manufacturing injections with inhouse R&D and testing labouratory. Was fully converted into full-fledged Ayurvedic/Herbal manufacturing unit in the year 1992. It was the deep vision and forecast of the promoters of Admark Pharma behind the conversion of the activities from the allopathic sector to Ayurvedi/Herbal sector. They have foreseen the boom in herbal industry way back and hence decided to take benefits of the newly emerging industry.At the time of conversion of activities, the promoters and main force behind Admark, Mr. Jethalal Antala, have decided that, the main motto of Admark should be certain cure for the life-threatening diseases. So the main thrust of R & D activities is always concentrated around those diseases, for which there is no sure cure in any of prevailing medical science. And today, Admark proudly says that they have achieved those goals.
