Advanced Cylinder Certification, Inc. (ACC) is a worldwide specialized and approved Independent Inspection Agency with over 40 years' experience providing inspection and testing services for high and low-pressure vessels and pressurized alternative fuel containers conforming to U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and Transport Canada (TC) regulations, and most currently accepted international standards. Services include Government required independent inspection services, design review and qualification testing, type approval testing, new or existing factory readiness/fitness consultations, and cylinder requalification facility inspections. ACC's senior management team is well known in many foreign countries and in recent past, assisted over 30 foreign manufacturers in complying with strict US industry standards and obtaining DOT/TC approval to manufacture, mark, and sell their cylinders to the US and Canada. The foundation behind ACC stems from our late father and grandfather, Rex Greer. Rex was one of the original independent inspectors and opened the first test lab facility for compressed gas cylinders in the industry. He ran his business based on safety, principle, ethics, and the Code of Federal Regulations. He took the business extremely serious, became a subject matter expert, and ensured his employees performed in the exact same way as we would do every day. ACC started this business with the same approach, which includes SAFETY as being the highest priority.
