Clients include deputy heads/CEOs, VPs/ADMs. directors and professionals in over 25 federal and provincial departments, agencies and Crown corporations, as well as senior business people in the manufacturing and retail, banking, and professional services sectors. APC Inc.s President is experienced with providing services to international financial institutions. Business advisory services include: strategic planning of business and organizational development; facilitation of senior team planning and capacity-building off-sites (over 150); strengthening governance at the Board and internal management levels; planning and managing change processes; designing orientation and learning initiatives; performance management programs and policies; and values and ethics programs and policies. Executive coaching services are focused on helping high-performing senior individuals and teams take their leadership performance to the next level and address specific client requirements e.g., planning the first 100 days; dealing with sensitive senior team issues; handling complex business and strategic issues; extending executive influence and building effective partnerships; creating cohesion and organizational effectiveness; and so on. The above services are led and delivered by Chris Tweedie. Chris founded and has been leading APC Inc. for over 25 years and prior to that served as a VP of a regional consulting firm, and senior consultant with KPMG. He also served with Industry Canada and National Defence (civilian), taught at the post-grad level in public administration with Carleton University, and has served as a volunteer Director on the Boards of not-for-profit organizations in the healthcare and performing arts sectors. Chris holds the CMC (Certified Management Consultant) designation from the CAMC and the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) designation from the International Coach Federation. He has a BA (law, economics, political science) from Carleton University, a Masters degree in Public Administration (Queens University), and is a Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads University). He also holds executive certificates in Leadership and Management and Strategy and Innovation from MITs Sloan School of Management. Chris is security cleared.
