Advenio understands that an organisation's delivered outcomes matter more than the practices it adopts to get there. While delivery practices are important, they must be considered and applied in the right context. Advenio is the creator of Forum, a delivery framework and set of principles that help teams and their leaders work together to achieve their shared goals. Forum is designed to be applied to any existing organisation of people and will uniquely evolve over time to adapt to the work environment in which it operates. Organisations will always be able to access Forum for free, under a Creative Commons International Licence (CC BY-SA 4.0).
