Advent C3 Details
Established in 2001 as an independent consulting firm specializing in critical communications networks. Advent C3 works closely with a variety of clients and in market sectors. We perform in-depth needs analysis and identify the GAP while defining technology roadmaps that will meet or exceed those clearly defined needs. The clearly defined needs are achievable and measurable by industry standards and best practices. We assist in developing a realist budget for the acquisition and deployment phases of the project. Once the technology roadmap is defined we develop the specifications and author an instructional Request For Proposal which is sent out to the vendor and system integrators community. Working with the stakeholder team the RFP undergoes a detailed review of both the technologies offered, the economics and any legal issues that may impact the successful completion of a project.
