Established in 2008, Advocates for Diversity in Our Schools (A.D.I.O.S.) is a non-profit educational consulting firm that specializes in supporting systems change in schools, districts, and organizations. We are commitment to "Ensuring an Excellent, Equitable, Inclusive, and Responsive learning experience for Every Child, in Every Classroom, Every Day." We advocate high standards, culturally responsive and inclusive practices, rigorous curriculum, accountability, and professional development in order to ensure the highest levels of achievement for all students. Our belief system is built on our country's motto: E Pluribus Unum (Out of Many One), which espouses the ideals of diversity and inclusivity, and which forms the basis of our democratic and pluralistic society.
