We are passionate about building a quality-focussed, sustainable and innovative business that will benefit the civil and mining industries as well as local Indigenous people. Our business had operated as a sole trader since 2012 under Advtech Civil & Mining, but has now transitioned to a private Australian company (Advtech Pty Ltd) as of March 2018, our company is committed to providing quality services to the civil and mining industry. We are passionate about bridging the gap between indigenous and non-indigenous companies. We express this passion by devoting ourselves to the employment, training and empowerment of our countrymen while striving to cultivate lasting connections and success within the civil and mining community. We endeavor to achieve ongoing excellence in safety performance whilst completing each project within the set time frame. We believe in finding a balance between traditional and innovative training methods and techniques. We actively promote questions and ideas because we believe that they are the fundamentals to being proactive.
