Computer Hardware - East Lansing, Michigan, United States
Our experience began in 2008, with the introduction of iPhone repairs from two technicians still finishing high school; Albert Ngo and Andrew Tran. After collectively fixing approximately 1,200 iPhones, 1,500+ iPods, and a handful of iPads (with the help of staff of course!), A&E FixiT was created as a partnership in 2015 to specialize in repairs for MSU students, where we meet them! We became successful applicants at Michigan State University's Student Entrepreneurship Group, HATCH. The group sponsored a shared office space for student entrepreneurship groups and even offered funding for research and development into the recycling of LCDs for a responsible and environmentally-friendly approach to iPhone repairs. As of early 2017 A&E Fixit has since been absolved and is now part of a larger system of on-demand iPhone repair services across multiple campuses. The partners have since moved onto different industry fields.
