Having worked normal business hours in an office for more than a decade, he found that it was difficult to achieve maximum results from limited training and recovery time. An eight-hour ride will not be of any benefit without the proper rest and recovery one's body needs. Training for cycling takes time, but it need not take all of one's time. A holistic approach to life is the key to maximizing performance on the bike. Adnan's training philosophy is to allow individuals to reach their sporting goals while keeping the rest of their life in balance.
