AMS Solutions: Cost EfficiencyOur services are time efficient, and typically less expensive than scrapping used components and buying new replacements. Military aircraft components once considered throw-away items now present opportunities for significant savings when the components can be repaired, tested, and returned to service. Regulatory ComplianceOur staff operates a documented ITAR compliance program with a security plan, visitor restrictions, and data logging. We monitor the changing export compliance landscape, and receive ongoing training about changes to the ITAR and EAR, to expedite shipments to overseas customers. TechnicalWe operate with an approved Aerospace Engineering Program (AEP). Technical and engineering solutions include engineering test sets when original test set equipment is obsolete. ProcurementAMS procurement specialists work with our technicians to obtain the needed components, hardware, and materials to enable the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of articles prior to their return to service. Identication of replacement components is based on DLA acceptable National Stock Number alternative parts and customer approvals. QualityAMS uses an AS9110 design and development program to develop sustainment solutions that support high-value aircraft components.
