AES is an engineering, manufacturing and representation company that has been carrying out turnkey projects mainly in the field of industrial air cleaning since 1992.The scope of its works cover all the steps from design to assembly, in line with the requirements of the projects to be realized.In the field of industrial filtration, collection and filtration of emissions resulting from processes such as aluminum injection, welding, cnc machining, soldering, grinding, rolling, casting, etc. are the main working areas of AES. The products offered for such processes are electrostatic filters and mechanical cartridge filters.Since 2011, as an additional working area, we have been producing ecology units to filter oil smoke and odour for industrial kitchens. We provide ecology units having project-specific configurations for the lightest cooking types to heavy duty kitchens using wood/coal. Our ecology units are mainly comprised of electrostatic filters to eliminate oil smoke, activated carbon to filter odour and wet scrubber is added in case of solid fuel use.In recent years, in line with the regulations and increasing requirements for stenter machine chimneys in textile industry, we have been providing solutions specially developed for filtration of high-temperature oil smoke and gas since 2019.Many years of experience in the industrial manufacturing sectors and close relationship with the leading companies of those sectors have given AES the chance to work on many projects with different characteristics.
