Aesthetic Response are a highly specialised call handling company dealing only with cosmetic and aesthetic clients. Our team are all highly skilled in talking to the aesthetic client, and credential both the practice and the treatments offered. We are able to book appointments, manage a diary, send out appointment reminders, liaise with existing clients and handle post treatment queries, as well as respond to email enquiries and work new leads. Clients should believe that we are the practice receptionist/PA - not an external call handling company! Here at Aesthetic Response we produce reports, either daily, weekly or monthly to show all call activity, that can be used as a practice database. Our team have extensive experience in the marketing and development of cosmetic/aesthetic businesses and know how essential this is to growing a successful practice. The phone lines are covered from 8.30am until 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am until 5pm on a Saturday. We are able to offer full time,overflow, or out of hours packages, depending upon the practice requirements.
