AFAF is an inter-generational women's group that was founded in 1983 by Mrs. Gagnon-Mockford with the goal to improve the Status of Women by enabling Francophone and Francophile women to meet, share and help one another through networking.Since AFAF has grown and transformed. Today, the members of the group are certainly business women, but also women who differentiated themselves based on their entrepreneurial spirit and their leadership in society.AFAF exists to build solidarity and active camaraderie between Francophones and Francophiles in the greater Toronto area. The members are women aware of the advantage to share the French language and together help each other and provide support to the Francophone and Francophile community.
