We only specialize in full time care whether it is a live-in or 24/7 shift care. Agency caregivers are the employees of the agency. They are screened, trained, bonded and insured. The agency handles hiring, firing, training, supervisory, all taxes and other employment obligations such as workers' compensation, liability coverage, bond and addressing performance issues. We are a Government Contractor and service Department of Veteran Affairs and Department of Human Services.As Home Services Placement Agency and Private Employment Agency we offer caregiver placement/referral services where clients move forward with direct hire of the referred caregiver.
