Africa Electronic Sport Association (AESA) is an independent non-profit company which seeks to break down the barriers of entry to Esports for the Africa by providing the foundation required for accessibility and sustainability.AESA in parallel, strives to increase the standards of Esports in society, by empowering youths, local ecosystem partners and align Governments, Ministries and Private Enterprise for a new industry. Primarily it also seeks to empower youths in 21st century digital-skills development by encouraging learning through Play (Gaming), Problem Solving (Coding) and Making (Robotics), using these electronic activities and formalising it as a sport and moulding it as a vehicle for education transformation, essentially building capacity for Industry 4.0.
