On the 5th- July-2017, a group of 7mindful Student Leaders stood out to a noble cause and urgently intervened to a need to raise tuition for 3 financially struggling students from disoriented families intensely affected by poverty resulting from various catastrophes.By then in a public school (Mengo Senior School), these students took on the courage to implement the idea of the first ever "Students Support Network "an initiative they believed would create a platform over which other students would be in place to help raise the school fees or tuition of these 3 students whose hope of being educated and contributing to their societies was fading by the day.The system devised then to help contribute to the 3Students' tuition was the classroom-based fundraiser which was an arrangement over which recognized Student Leaders went to all classes and voiced the financial hardships of these 3Students who required nearly UGX 3m to stay in school without debt and with a complete clearance to the half payments of the previous and current term. The system also involved teachers through the staffroom and carwash fundraisers. Later the parents also welcomed and contributed to the network at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).Today, many students have studied to various levels of relevance to their communities greatly funded by the efforts of passionate Students and Donors that believe that every child across the continent is a solution to the long-fought challenges
