The nature of our business is creating and operating a world class rice value chain establishment with all of the paddy rice stock coming from rice growers in Senegal. The first areas of our operations will be located in the Northern Senegal River Valley. Once full rice value chain operations are established in the Senegal River Valley areas, we will then go to the Southern Senegal Casamance areas to duplicate the rice value chain operations there. Our primary business objective is to see that the nation of Senegal is completely food secure concerning the eating of rice products in the country. We are a for-profit company that is located in both the United States and Senegal. In addition, we hope to develop an agriculture cooperative with the rice unions in Senegal so that all parties involved in the rice value chain can financially profit from its operations. In the future, we propose to transplant our proven rice value chain practices throughout many other Sub-Sahara African countries.
