A company dedicated to supporting women in South Africa by buying and selling their crafts. We work on Fair Trade principles and make sure the women get well paid for their work. We purchase from self-help and economic empowerment groups in S.Africa. African Threadsdonates 15% of it's profits to the Grandmother-to-Grandmother Campaign run by the Stephen Lewis Foundation. This Campaign supports Grandmothers who are left to care for millions of HIV/AIDS orphans.
