The African Women Chartered Accountants' forum (AWCA) a non-profit company whose vision is to accelerate the advancement of Black women who have qualified as, or are aspiring to be Chartered Accountants (CAs). In order to realise this vision, the AWCA board has adopted the "three tier strategy" which includes: • Identifying and developing young talented girls with the potential to become CAs, • Nurturing, training and developing aspiring black female CAs, and • Leadership development of both aspiring and qualified black female CAs.
