The Alliance for Sensible Airspace Planning is a coalition of 12 towns in Connecticut and New York which was formed in response to violations of due process and environmental law by the Federal Aviation Administration in it's efforts to redesign the Airspace to increase capacity. The Chief elected officials from the 12 towns joined to jointly petition the Federal Government to create a supplemental environmental review before implementing airspace changes which would increase industrial noise to communities, reduce air quality standards and pose certain safety risks.AfSAP management companies are Non Profit organizations serving to only support the function and mission of the Alliance. .
