Construction - Runnemede, New Jersey, United States
Agape Construction began in 2009 and was founded on the core principles of customer service and integrity. With over 15 years of personal experience working in construction and a passion for excellence, I knew it was time to start my own business and have experienced phenomenal growth since day one.As a family run business with a tightly knit group of hand-picked employees and subcontractors, I feel confident about every job I send a team member out on. Only willing to hire individuals who I know personally and who are willing to align themselves with our standards of excellence, we know that we're always providing our customers with the best work possible. As a Christian, I also believe that there's nothing more important than people. The way they are treated on a job, the service they receive, and the satisfaction they feel are all things I don't take lightly. Every project I take on is completed with love, care, and a high moral standard. What Does Agape Mean?Agape (a-gop-a) is a Greek word that means love. The Bible was originally written in Greek and Hebrew, so the word agape shows up a lot in the original texts. My favorite place is John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life." The word ‘love' in that Scripture can be replaced with the word agape. In English, we only have one word for love and it can mean anything from your love of football to loving your wife. In the Greek language, there are four words for love, and agape describes an unconditional love that relies only on the giver, not the receiver. The person on the receiving end can't do anything to deserve this kind of love, nor can they stop it's flow. That's what unconditional means. That's why I named my business Agape Construction, because I wanted to remind myself as well as everyone I come in contact with, that I believe in this love and its power to reach and change our hearts.
