Agape Love Behavior Health Center was created to serve the underserved people of Arizona with compassion, love, and understanding. We believe that someone is not defined by them at their lowest or the the worst thing they have ever done. We know that with the right environment, the right educators, and the right curriculum can produce individuals who are able to contribute to their communities in ways that cannot be measured. What we do at Agape Love Behavior Health Center, is transform not only lives, but generations. We believe that the traditional ways that behavior health services have been administered have failed to bring the type of transformations that is needed to impact Maricopa County. Instead, of enriching the lives of those who they are supposed to serve, too many Phoenix behavior health centers enrich the pockets of their owners and shareholders. Agape, breaks the cycle with a patient centered experience. We built Agape to address a need in Arizona: that the standard approach was not sufficient to address the moment that we live in today. Too many of the facilities did not have high level staff that looked like the majority of the people they were tasked with treating,This black owned Phoenix, Arizona behavioral health center was created by an Air Force Veteran. He recognized the need in the community based on his strategic analysis of the environment. As a business owner, he saw that the pool of applicants were not up to standard. He sought to inquire more. His observations revealed the need for a behavior health center, that was centered on the needs of communities of color, who have been underserved by the traditional centers. He tackled this problem with the passion and integrity that he brings to each situation that he finds himself in. He found experts in the community who shared the same values that he had: that we are not defined by the worst thing we have ever done. He hired them and empowered them to build something that Phoenix needed.
