We are a company specialized in the management of Vacation Rentals, the management of Seasonal Home Rentals and Management of the rental of properties by the Law of Urban Leases. Our apartments are prepared both to receive tourists for a few days and to welcome company workers for a few days, weeks or months. Our main specialty is the management of Tourist Apartment Buildings (AT) and Tourist Purpose Dwellings (VFT) and Tourist Apartment Buildings, providing all those services necessary for the proper commercialization of the establishment, attention to the Guest, maintenance of the property in correct status and compliance with the obligations of the Tourist activity regulated by Decree 194/2010, of April 20, of tourist apartment establishments, by Decree 28/2016, of February 2, of housing for tourist purposes, as well such as the applicable tourist regulations, all with the aim of implementing the tourist activity in the property in a legal, comfortable and profitable way for THE CLIENT. We have our own staff to carry out the tasks of cleaning and maintenance of the apartments we manage, as well as a reception team for guests.
