Founded in 2009 by Michel Rojkind (architect) and Alberto Villarreal (industrial designer), AGENT is a Mexico City-based firm focused in Strategic Product Design and Disruptive Innovation.AGENT works with clients in 3 continents (Europe, Asia and the Americas) in a diverse range of industries such as: sports equipment, consumer electronics, interiors and furniture, travel accessories, as well as technological & cultural innovation.AGENT founders have gained world recognition and are positioned as opinion leaders in the industry. Both of them have been invited to a number of public talks internationally including TEDx, and their work has been published in print and electronic media around the world. In 2010 AGENT was recognized with the Red Dot Luminary Award, the CTRUS football project was selected as the winner out of over 3,000 entries from 55 countries.Previous clients include: Konica-Minolta, Adidas, Aava Mobile, Coca-Cola, Mabe, Plantronics, and Nestlé, among others.Some other awards they have received include: iF Hannover Design Award, Chicago Athenaeum Good Design Award, and IDSA International Design Excellence Award.
