All clients receive a thorough initial assessment for comparative range of motion of joints, posture, core strength and basic movement patterns in order to design a more effective and personalized exercise and stretch program. Re-assessments at future intervals. Dietary troubleshooting in order to find the best nutrients ratios for the individual.
