As your Health Coach I will do a very details assessment which will guide you in choosing your health goals. The assessment will allow coaching to be very unique and personal to you as an individual. Using my four step plan will provide personal care and health-maintenance activities; chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, cancer, and diabetes etc.
