Agma is a knowledge center, established in 2021 to promote the vision of sustainable, integrated management of rivers and watersheds in Israel.It was launched in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Israel's Nature and Parks Authority, Israeli drainage authorities, the Israel Society of Ecology and Environmental Sciences, and Yad Hanadiv Foundation.Our Mission is to facilitate collaborative and synchronized work by all relevant stakeholders around rivers and watersheds, by:- Consolidating, disseminating, and mainstreaming knowledge- Mapping of knowledge gaps among professional audiences- Creation of knowledge and facilitation of learning- Development of practical tools and methodologies- Creating a common language And to provide these services in a professional, clear, and accessible manner.
