The Agri-business division of Monaco Resources Group (www.monacoresources.com) was set-up in 2012 to participate in the booming food commodities trading business, driven notably by a strongly rising world population. Agro Natural Resources' Strategy is to control the entire food value chain: - Growing, harvesting or producing goods by possessing own production sites. - Locally processing and packaging the goods to create added value. - Delivering to customers with own sales operations and/or trading platform. Agro Natural Resources is operating under 2 business models: - Agriculture Focus with farming and local processing activities to local and international wholesalers - Production focus with industrial transformation of food products to distributors/retailers Agro Natural Resources holds four main divisions: - AGRI RESOURCES INTERNATIONAL: farming and local processing activities in niche markets in Madagascar, Cameroon and Guinea with sales and marketing desks in London and Monaco - AGRI FOOD DIVISION: industrial preparation of fruit & vegetables with a focus on Eastern and Southern Europe - SOUTHERN COCOA & COFFEE GROUP: farming, trade and local transformation with a focus on Western Africa - AGRI FISH & MEAT: development of activities around Aquaculture and meat production.
