Recognized as Regional Agrifood Cluster Organization, Parco Agroalimentare FVG aims at fulfilling hidden potential between public and private actors in the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region.Since 2012, the Agency has been developing institutional activities in collaboration with Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, with a particular focus on the promotion of development and innovation (D&I) of agrifood companies of the area.In this panorama, the role of the agency is to manage the cluster of organizations in the sector, by facilitating connections and relationships between all subjects involved in the supply chain, from production, to processing and commercialization. The organization promotes the innovation through facilities sharing, exchange and transfer of knowledge and competencies, network development and dissemination activities. For this reason, Agrifood FVG acts in collaboration with other Cluster Organisations, trade associations, education and training institutions, industrial districts, investors, national and international public administrations.Cluster strategies are developed on the basis of a continuous analysis of the national and international contexts, aimed at the identification of new resources, opportunities and good practices. In order to face the competitive challenge, Agrifood FVG aims at creating a system, to approach the competition as an opportunity that translates into new forms of efficiency. Only food supply chain integration and cooperation between all the subjects can unlock the potential of agrifood diversity from Friuli Venezia Giulia.
