The foundation of this present industry was laid by our visionary grandfather, Mr. R.J. Pandit. In 1968, he started with the wooden and spices business. Moving on to the success of the business, the second generation started its first international trade and Logistics business with Gulf countries in 1983. In the same way, the company has made progress in various products and has its foot in products in Gulf countries and Africa countries. Since it was a family business, so while coming third generation felt the need of the company's centralized headquarters that it will strengthen the international trade. Keeping in mind the concept of Central Headquarters, the company started in 1999 with the processing and packaging of spices in Delhi, the capital of India. After the family split and the business is in the hands of very experienced and visionary third generation who have about 15 years of expertise in Africa and international trade. The company is centrally headquartered from Noida, close to Delhi, the capital of India and has been successfully conducting business from many countries of the world since a long time.Agro overseas focus on foods and crop grains processing, packaging and branding of Rice, Sugar, Spices, Canned Food, Wheat Flour, Pulses, Oil, Dry Fruits, Animal Feed, Sesame Seed etc.
