Using state of the art UAS (Unmanned Aircraft System), we have the ability to take NIR (Near-infrared) images of crops and process that information to get an NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) composite of your field. These images indicate differences in plant health that may not otherwise be seen. This information can then be used to pinpoint scouting locations where areas of concern are indicated, as opposed to traditional spot checking. This means greater accuracy in identifying problems that could hurt yield or create additional costs because of a lack of early identification.
