Sourcing animals from one farm offers multiple advantages, the most important is our ability to offer consistency in the specie, qualtiy and grading of our products. Our pork is reared in a uniquely modern environment and fed sweet whey from a preservative free, export cheese manufactured on the same farm which eleminates transport, storage and aging of the whey. It is derived from mozzarella and hard Italian cheese containing important probiotics and cultures to give the pork a distinct taste, ideal for cured meats. A&H Meat Speciality delivers pork cuts to niche producers who require reared-to-order carcass meeting their unique weight and grading needs.The A&H Meat Just Bacon range is the preferred choice of chefs in restaurants and take out facilities.
