The Amsterdam health & technology institute (ahti) improves urban health and healthcare in Amsterdam and the rest of the world by connecting people, technology and medical knowledge through innovation and entrepreneurship.We facilitate (policy)interventions and care services within our international network of Living Labs and foster economic activity for start-ups and scale-ups within the Amsterdam health sector. Ahti's unique global network of Living Labs is an extensive network of research institutes, established health organizations and businesses, research populations and local authorities across the world. Through these Living Labs in China, Kenya, the USA and the Netherlands, we gather Real World Evidence and validate if designed interventions and innovations can deliver the desired outcomes in a real world environment.We do this from a triple aim perspective by looking at how the intervention, product or service improved the experience of care, improved the health of populations and reduced the costs of health care per capita.
