A UNSW Student Led Project focusing on designing, building, and flying rockets! Our major efforts go towards competing in various rocketry competitions representing UNSW Engineering and UNSW AIAA Projects. We also attend launch days organised by NSW Rocketry Association, who also support the team with certification of members from low power to high power rocketry.Our current major competition is the AURC 2019 coordinated by AYAA, occuring at 'Thunda Down Under 2019'. We intend to fly our rocket to 10,000 feet carrying a payload sattelite built by BLUEsat, another student led project we collaborate with.We also hope to inspire students and members in the field of STEMS as well as Aerospace Engineering. Throughout 2019, a whole host of workshops will teach the core concepts of rocketry; namely physics, aerodynamics, and fun!We are always open to collaboration and partnership opportunities!
