We now have more than 20 professional FAs, focusing on the industry of health care, consumer goods, TMT, mineral, education, agriculture, catering, new energy, military, energy saving and environment protection, high-end manufacturing, etc. An online deal matching platform, called "AIC并购网" showcases part of M&A opportunities within China. More than two hundred numbers of A-listed companies and thousands of target companies have been our cooperative partners since we established from Nov. 2017. We offer services including objective selection, industry analysis, due diligence review, valuation, design of transaction framework, design of equity structure, financing and negotiation assistance.
