AICHELIN has been an international manufacturer of high-quality industrial furnaces and systems for the thermal and thermochemical heat treatment of metallic components for more than 150 years. Due to the increasing demand of our customers for after-sales services, an independent corporate unit for service was founded in 2002, with locations in Germany and Austria. In 2005, the name of the location in Germany was changed to AICHELIN Service GmbH, based in Ludwigsburg. Since then, all services for heat treatment plants of the AICHELIN Group in Europe have been coordinated from the after-sales headquarters in Ludwigsburg. Due to the continuous expansion of our services and the consistent orientation towards future-oriented maintenance strategies, AICHELIN Service GmbH has meanwhile become the market leader for services on thermoprocessing plants. With around 70 engineers, technicians, logistics experts in the office and in the field, we serve our customers with services such as repair, preventive maintenance, especially annual maintenance, conversion and modernization, inspections and tests, spare parts service but also with seminars and individual training or consulting.
